  3. Ready-Made & Custom Curtains/Drapes: Shipment within 5 days and delivery within 7-14 days by DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS. This is a door-to-door service that may require a signature for safe delivery.
  4. Blinds & Shades: Shipment within 5 days and delivery within 7-10 days by DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS. This is a door-to-door service that may require a signature for safe delivery。
The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. If you require drapes by a certain date, please contact us at service@tailorvibe.com to confirm the time frame and order it in advance.

Orders ship from vertical factory in China directly by carrier UPS, DHL or FedEx.

    1. Carrier Selection.We select the most suitable carrier for your order based on factors like destination country, package weight, and efficiency. We partner with reputable carriers like USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, DHL Express, and UPS to ensure smooth delivery. We have direct carrier accounts to guarantee reliable service. All deliveries are door-to-door.
    2. Shipping Restrictions.We currently only ship to street addresses, including offices and homes. Military addresses and PO Boxes are not accepted at this time.
    3. Changing Shipping Address.Unfortunately, changing the shipping address after order pick-up is not supported. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
    4. Duties and VAT. You may be responsible for import duties and VAT (Value Added Tax) applied by your country's customs agency. These fees are not included in the purchase price and vary depending on your location.
    5. Undelivered Packages.If the tracking information shows your package as delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact your local delivery service first.
