Within 15 natural days after purchasing an order for $1000 or less, if you are not satisfied with our product, a new/unopened/unused product can be returned to TailorVibe. If the weight of the product is 30 kilograms or less, a 15% handling fee (customs duties, taxes, clearance, and other fees) will be deducted from the refund, and the shipping fee will be borne by the merchant. Due to the influence of temperature, humidity, light and other factors involved in the process, there will be slight differences in color from batch to batch.
Hand wash cycle. Gentle cycle machine washable in cold water. Dried on low heat or dry naturally. Additionally iron it when they are still damp to remove creases and wrinkles.Wipe clean. Do not bleach. Do not wash in hot water.

Attention: All of our panels, with the exception of a few of our curtain sold per pair, are sold as singles. If you need a total of 2 panels, you need to add a quantity of 2 panels into your cart.

The ordered width is the finished width post pleats. Length is measured from rod ring to floor for drapes.

Pleats Space & Numbers for Various Width

•The width and space of pleats may differ slightly depending on your track or pole length. Normally, pleats are spaced 5.5 inches apart. If you have specific pleats spacing needs, notify us for a custom order with an extra fee.

• Pleats pin hooks: 10 pleats for 50 in width, 14 pleats for 72 in width, 16 pleats for 84 in width, 19 pleats for 100 in width, 21 pleats for 110 in width, 23 pleats for 120 in width, 29 for 150 in width.

Custom items are not produced until you place your order. Once they are completed our workroom sends them to our warehouse where they are quality checked and shipped on to you. Custom items ship within 7-21 days unless otherwise noted.
