Note:

After unboxing, you only need to install the brackets and hang up the shades, then the shades will just function normally.
Please do not fiddle with the lifting mechanism behind the shades, otherwise the shades will be damaged and can not function.
Shades are made by natural materials, which may be discolored over time.
It's normal that the final shades differs a little from the sample books.
Natural materials grow in nature into various shapes, long or short, straight or curved, so each bamboo shade has its own distinctive texture.
It is recommended to add edge bindings, otherwise the edge materials may fall off. If this occurs, just cut it off.
Due to the influence of temperature, humidity, light and other factors involved in the process, there will be slight differences in color from batch to batch.

Within 15 natural days after purchasing an order for $1000 or less, if you are not satisfied with our product, a new/unopened/unused product can be returned to TailorVibe.
If the weight of the product is 30 kilograms or less, a 20% handling fee (customs duties, taxes, clearance, and other fees) will be deducted from the refund, and the shipping fee will be borne by the merchant. For example, if your window frame width is 40",then you need to select a width of 40'', when placing an order, you will receive a blind with headrail width of 39 5/8" finally.
Recommended window frame depth: 2 1/2 inches

Please add 2 to 4 inches to the measured width of the sash to avoid light gaps.
