• Inside mount: A clean, built-in look, 2 3/8 inches minimum depth requirement. 3/8 inch deduction taken at your actual measuring to ensure the side does not touch the edges tightly. Note there will be slight gaps on sides due to fabric deductions. For more light blockage, consider ordering as outside mount. Order width = Window casing width minus 3/8 inch.
• Outside mount: A taller appearance. Outside window frame. No minimum depth requirement. We recommend ordering additional width 2-4 inches to prevent light gaps on the sides of your window.

The lining color is not optional, and the most suitable color will be matched for you during production.
Option 1: Unlined – Offers maximum light and a clear view through the chosen fabric.
Option 2: Privacy – Provides a shading rate of 50-75%.

Note:

  • After unboxing, you only need to install the brackets and hang up the shades, then the shades will just function normally.
  • Please do not fiddle with the lifting mechanism behind the shades, otherwise the shades will be damaged and can not function.
  • Shades are made by natural materials, which may be discolored over time.
  • It's normal that the final shades differs a little from the sample books.
  • Natural materials grow in nature into various shapes, long or short, straight or curved, so each bamboo shade has its own distinctive texture.
    It is recommended to add edge bindings, otherwise the edge materials may fall off. If this occurs, just cut it off.
  • Due to the influence of temperature, humidity, light and other factors involved in the process, there will be slight differences in color from batch to batch.
  • Wipe Clean.

  • Recommended window frame depth: 2 3/8 inches

  • A taller appearance.Outside window frame. No minimum depth requirement.
  • Please add 2 to 4 inches to the measured width of the sash to avoid light gaps.
  • For height, add 10 to 12 inches to the measurement. By following this guidance, you can achieve optimal sizing for your satisfaction.

Considering the window frame depth is the first step.
① Min. Inside Mount Depth Requires 2 3/8 inches
② Headrail Size: 1 3/8 inches H x 2 3/8 inches D
③ Valance height: Valance height when shade height is 18 inches and over = 6 inches　 Valance height when shade height is less than 18 inches = 4 inches
④ Bracket Size: 1 3/8 inches H x 1 7/8 inches D
⑤ Pointed Screw Length (for securing the bracket into the window frame): 1 3/8 inches
⑥ Flat Head Screw Length (for attaching the wing nut): 1 1/3 inches
